INGREDIENTS:
for 4-6 servings6 tablespoons raw almond flour
2 tablespoons raw sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon raw honey
pinch of paprika, or ginger or cinnamon (optional)
PROCESS:
Grind sesame seeds and almond flour together in processor. A coffee grinder can be used, grinding half at a time (3 spoons almond flour and 1 spoon sesame), or full amount can be done at once in larger food processor. Transfer dry mixture to a small bowl. Add spices as desired to dry mixture; or omit these, the taste is already delicious. Mix in water slowly, with spoon, add more as needed, to achieve smooth thick consistency. Mix in raw honey. Line a small plate with parchment paper. Scoop out the mixture onto the paper and pat down with spoon or clean dry hands into a square shape about 4x4". Use knife to divide into 16 small squares. Can be enjoyed immediately or set in refrigerator for later.

The sweet creamy goodness rivals chocolate (for me)! Try it and see!!
Variations:
*raw cacao powder or nibs can be added as delightful variants.
** hulled (white) sesame seeds were used; black (unhulled) sesame would be excellent if available.
**a bit more water can be added to make the mixture into a spread for crackers or apple slices.
